Private training is a great option for those who wish to get more personalized instruction than is possible in a traditional group obedience class, or if you are dealing with a behavioral problem such as:
reactivity (staring, lunging, barking, and/or growling at other dogs, people, vehicles, etc)
separation anxiety (excessive barking/whining, destructive behavior, drooling, and/or soiling when left alone)
resource guarding (staring, growling, snarling, lunging at other animals or people in the home while the dog has a toy, food source, or is in a specific area of the home)
aggression (biting or attempting to bite, snapping at, lunging towards, and/or growling at other animals or people in any setting whether inside the home or elsewhere)
Private training is also a great option for folks with new puppies who might need help with potty training, sleeping through the night, puppy biting, or managing a new puppy with existing animals in the home.
For new clients, we will start with a package that consists of a 90 minute in home consultation and a number of 45 minute follow up lessons depending on your goals and budget. Follow up lessons are completed either in the home or as “field trips” to local dog-friendly locations to practice crucial skills where they really count.
Included in the cost of your new client package is also a detailed training plan emailed to you following the initial consultation, a goodie bag for your pup, and lifetime text & email support for continued success.
